What is the sweat, tone and sculpt Challenge?
The sweat, tone and sculpt Challenge is a 6-week barre Challenge designed to enhance
your overall fitness and wellbeing at the same time as educate you about nutrition and
making healthy food choices. The sweat, tone and sculpt challenge consists of 4 workouts
per week. The workouts range from cardio, strength training, core work to upper and
lower body workouts and much more. The Challenge will improve your flexibility, mobility,
posture, core strength and overall fitness. All sessions are performed to upbeat music and
you are guaranteed to feel pumped and energised by the end of it. The Challenge was
developed by Martine the founder of Barre Dynamics® and aims to educate, empower and
boost the confidence of like-minded women around the world. In addition you will get to
love and understand your body resulting in a positive mindset whilst having fun.

Q Do I need to have a dance background?
A No not at all this Challenge is for everybody
Q Do I need any equipment for the Challenge?
A All that you need is some space, a chair (which acts as your Barre) a yoga mat,
some small dumbbell weights (1.00 – 1.5 kg) alternatively you can always use a couple of
cans.
Q How do I access the Challenge?
A It is all available online and all necessary additional information will be sent to you
prior to the start date
Q Are there specific dates and times that I have to be available for?
A No this Challenge can be done in your own time however we do encourage you to
complete all 4 workouts each week. If necessary I can help you to come up with a more
structured routine to suit your current, individual lifestyle.
