MARTINE TRAINED AS A PROFESSIONAL DANCER AT THE PRESTIGIOUS URDANG ACADEMY IN LONDON, WHERE SHE TRAINED ON A FULL SCHOLARSHIP FOR 3 YEARS. AFTER FINISHING HER PROFESSIONAL PERFORMING CAREER SHE DISCOVERED BARRE. SHE QUICKLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE FITNESS CLASS REALISING THE BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES TO THIS WORKOUT. IN 2016 SHE QUALIFIED AS AN INSTRUCTOR WITH A PASS RATE OF 90% THIS WAS SHORTLY FOLLOWED BY HER ACHIEVING HER DIPLOMA IN LEVEL 3 MAT PILATES IN CONJUNCTION WITH HER PROFESSIONAL DANCE BACKGROUND, THESE 2 WORKOUTS COMPLIMENT EACH OTHER ALLOWING HER TO PROVIDE A WELL ROUNDED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EXERCISE ROUTINE FOR ALL. DUE TO HER EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE MARTINE HAS DEVELOPED HER OWN STYLE AND BARRE PROGRAMME KNOWN AS BARRE DYNAMICS
